Our role as an intermediary

Professional minibus hire services across Spain for airport transfers, private tours, corporate travel, weddings, events and group transportation, with comfortable vehicles and experienced drivers. is a booking service. We take your trip details, ask coach and car-with-driver companies that hold the authorisation the Land Transport Act (LOTT) requires, and are insured, to price it, and we arrange the trip with the partner whose quote you accept. We are not a transport company ourselves: we own no vehicles and employ no drivers. The partner provides the vehicle and driver and carries out the transport under its own responsibility.

We arrange transport services, not package travel within the meaning of article 151 of the consolidated Consumer Protection Act (TRLGDCU).

Quotes

A quote covers the vehicle, the driver and the trip as you described it. It states what is included, how long it is valid and the cancellation terms that apply. Parking, tolls, ferry fares and entry or access charges are shown on the quote where they apply. If the trip changes after the quote, the price may change, and we tell you before anything is charged.

How the contract is made

The steps are: you send us the trip details through the form, by email or by phone; we send you a written quote; you accept it; and we confirm the booking to you in writing, by email. You can check and correct every detail before you send the form, and if you spot a mistake afterwards, simply reply to the quote.

We keep the accepted quote and the confirmation, and you can ask us for a copy at any time. The contract can be made in Spanish or English.

Booking and payment

A booking is binding only when we confirm it to you in writing after you accept the quote. Nothing is charged before you accept. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store full card numbers.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on the partner and the vehicle, and they are written on your quote before you pay. To change or cancel, contact us as early as you can using the details on your confirmation.

Contracts for passenger transport services fall outside the rules on distance contracts, apart from their article 98(2) (article 93(k) TRLGDCU), so there is no statutory right of withdrawal. The cancellation terms on your quote apply instead.

What we need from you

Give correct addresses, times, flight or sailing details and passenger numbers, and tell us in advance about wheelchairs, child seats and bulky luggage. Passengers follow the driver's safety instructions and the law, including wearing a seat belt where the seat has one. Drivers must keep to the EU rules on driving and rest times (Regulation (EC) No 561/2006), which shape how long a travel day can be.

Responsibility for the trip

The partner is responsible for the vehicle, the driver and the safe performance of the trip. We are responsible for arranging and handling your booking with care. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you normally live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that booking.
