Premium Minibus Hire in Spain

A Booking Desk for Coaches, Run for Organisers

We arrange coach, minibus and car hire with a driver in Spain for people who organise group travel. Vehicles and drivers come from licensed partner operators; the booking, the quote and your questions come through us.

Two roles, kept apart

Our part is the booking. We read your plan, pass it to an operator suited to the route and the group size, send you the quote and confirm it when you accept. We stay your contact for changes and for questions about the booking.

The operator's part is the transport. It provides the coach, employs the driver, maintains the vehicle and runs the trip on the day.

What a partner operator holds

An authorisation for public passenger transport by road, which Spanish law requires before anyone carries passengers for payment. Each car with driver needs a VTC authorisation of its own. Coach drivers hold a category D licence, and minibus drivers at least D1. Professional drivers also hold the CAP qualification, shown as EU code 95 on the licence or on a driver qualification card. Vehicles with more than nine seats carry a tachograph that records driving, breaks and rest.

Who books with us

Teachers planning a school trip, which comes under Real Decreto 443/2001 when most of the passengers are children. Club and choir secretaries taking members to a fixture or a festival. Companies moving staff to a congress at IFEMA or to an away day. Tour leaders running a circuit through Andalusia or Castile. Couples moving wedding guests between ceremony, venue and hotels.

What we do not do

No coach belongs to us, and no driver works for us. We do not sell tickets for the Alhambra, the Sagrada Família or festivals, and we do not supply guides. The Alhambra, for one, admits groups only with a licensed guide, booked separately. We publish no prices, because every quote depends on its own trip.

Where the planning notes come from

The city, airport, port and event pages draw on official sources: the consolidated texts of the laws in the BOE, Aena, city councils, port authorities and tourism boards. They were checked in October 2026. Low-emission zones and coach rules change often, so each one is checked again for the vehicle booked, before the group sets off. Where no official coach stop is published, the page says so and the operator confirms the stopping point.

What organisers ask us

Are you a coach company?

No. We are a booking service. The coach and the driver come from a licensed partner operator.

Can we check that the operator is authorised?

Yes, and for a school trip you should. Under Real Decreto 443/2001 the organiser asks to see three documents: the operator's transport authorisation, the coach's current ITV (roadworthiness) card, and insurance giving the occupants unlimited civil liability cover.

Can you book guides or entry tickets?

No. Guides, timed tickets and event passes are booked with the venue or a licensed guide. We then fit the coach times around them.

Tell us about the group

Headcount, dates and the places on the route. The quote comes from a licensed operator and you decide whether to accept it.
