Purposes and legal bases

We use your data to quote, arrange and discuss your trip (a contract or steps before one, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to meet accounting and tax obligations (a legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); to run the site securely and improve it (our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); and to send you marketing only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Health information, such as accessibility needs, is used only to find a suitable vehicle, and only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

We do not ask for passengers' names unless the trip needs them. We do not knowingly process the data of children under fourteen on the basis of their own consent (art. 7 of the Spanish Data Protection Act, LOPDGDD).

The partners who quote or carry out your trip; payment, email and hosting providers acting on our behalf and on our instructions; authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. How long we keep it

As long as we need it to provide the service. We then block it (art. 32 LOPDGDD) for as long as liability may arise and the law requires, in particular the Commercial Code for business records (art. 30, six years) and the General Tax Act for tax data (art. 66, four years), and delete it when those periods end.
