Coach Hire for Las Fallas in Valencia

Las Fallas runs from 1 to 19 March 2027 and fills central Valencia for most of that time. A coach gets a group in and out of the city; it cannot take them to the squares.

The dates that shape the booking

At 14:00 on each of the nineteen days, the town hall square shakes with the mascletà. The monuments go up overnight between 15 and 16 March (the plantà). On 17 and 18 March the Ofrenda de flores takes over from mid-afternoon, about 15:30, until close to midnight, its parades converging on the Plaza de la Virgen. A proposal to stretch it to three days failed in July 2026, so it keeps its two.

Everything burns on Friday 19 March, the cremà. As a guide, 2026's timings were 20:00 for the children's fallas, 22:00 for the rest and 23:00 for the one at the town hall. The 2027 programme sets the real times.

Coach traffic on Ofrenda days

Around 1,400 buses carry falla commissions to the Ofrenda across its two days, by the Junta Central Fallera's count. Add street closures and crowds, and 17 and 18 March are the hardest days for any coach in the centre. With no published coach plan for the Fallas, the operator fixes the stops for your dates.

Plan around fixed points: a set-down outside the closures, a meeting place the whole group knows, and a return time that allows for walking out through the crowds.

Dates and place

  • 1-19 March 2027: a mascletà every day from 1 to 19 March; the plantà on the night of 15 to 16 March; the Ofrenda de flores on 17 and 18 March; the cremà on the night of Friday 19 March
  • Streets and squares across Valencia; the main events are in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and the Plaza de la Virgen

Arrivals and accessible viewing

The airport run is short, some 10 km and normally a quarter of an hour by coach. Allow more during the festival.

In 2026, associations could book a reserved area for people with reduced mobility at the mascletà, for groups of up to 20 people, at least five days ahead. Check that the 2027 arrangement is the same before promising it, and book a wheelchair-accessible minibus for the transfer.

What organisers ask us

Can the coach set us down by the town hall?

No, not while the big events are on: the square and its approaches belong to the mascletà, the Ofrenda and the crowds. The coach stops outside the closures and the group walks in.

Which days are hardest for coaches?

The Ofrenda days, 17 and 18 March, when about 1,400 buses bring falla commissions into the centre. The night of the cremà, 19 March, comes close.

Is it worth staying for the night fireworks?

Fireworks are held in the Turia Gardens after the Ofrenda on 17 March and, as the Nit del Foc, on 18 March. A late return lengthens the driver's day, so give the expected finish time when you book.
